App and Account Help

Support can help with sign-in, account synchronization, workout-data questions, bug reports and general app use. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or purchase tokens.

Premium and Subscriptions

Purchase, restoration and subscription-management controls are available from Gymerium's Premium and Settings screens. Billing and cancellation are managed by the App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase.

Privacy and Account Deletion

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. To permanently delete a Gymerium account, use Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account, or follow the account-deletion instructions if you cannot access the app.
