Delete Your Gymerium Account
You can permanently delete your Gymerium account and the associated cloud data. Choose the in-app option below, or contact us if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete inside the app
- Open Gymerium.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Data & Privacy.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the confirmation, then type DELETE to confirm permanent deletion.
Request deletion without app access
Email Gymerium Support with the subject Gymerium Account Deletion Request.
Send the request from the email address linked to your Gymerium account and confirm that you want the account permanently deleted. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Processing time: We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Data deleted
Once the request is verified and completed, deletion covers:
- Your Gymerium account
- Synced workout sessions
- Activity and training data
- Cloud account settings
- Personal data associated with the account
- Gift redemption records where legally and operationally permitted
Local device data
Data stored only on a device may remain until you clear Gymerium's app storage or uninstall Gymerium. Google Drive backup files are stored separately in your Google Drive and must be deleted from Google Drive by you.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained only where necessary for legal obligations; fraud prevention; payment, refund, tax, or accounting records; or security and abuse prevention. Google Play purchase history is managed separately by Google.
