By downloading, accessing, or using Gymerium, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Use of the App
Gymerium is provided for personal fitness tracking, workout logging and related in-session tools. Core workout data is stored locally by default; optional accounts can enable synchronization across devices.
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful activities
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the app's security
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service
- Access accounts or data that do not belong to you
Fitness and Recommendation Disclaimer
Gymerium is not a medical service, injury rehabilitation programme or substitute for a qualified trainer, doctor or physiotherapist.
The app's rule-based progression recommendations are based on recorded workout history. They are for informational fitness-tracking purposes only and are not medical advice or a guarantee of performance outcomes.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying an exercise program.
You participate in physical activity at your own risk.
Your Workout Data
You retain ownership of workout data and content that you create within the app.
You grant Gymerium permission to store and process such data solely for the purpose of operating the service.
Accounts, Sync and Purchases
Accounts and multi-device sync are optional. Synchronization and backup depend on internet access and third-party services and may not always be available. Google Drive backup is an optional Android Premium feature and is not currently available on iOS.
Premium is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions whose price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to the selected store's terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the store account's subscription settings within the period required by that store.
Gymerium provides Restore Purchases for supported store purchases. Deleting a Gymerium account does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancellation and refund requests must be managed through the store account used for the purchase.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymerium and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated.
Users may stop using the app and delete their account at any time.
Changes to Features, Pricing and These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
