Gymerium is a workout tracker for home training as well as the gym. Choose an official home or bodyweight split, start with a no-equipment routine, or build a custom routine around the movements and equipment you have.

CHOOSE A ROUTINE THAT FITS YOUR SETUP

Official home and bodyweight routines cover different schedules and equipment setups, with two- to six-day options where supported. A no-equipment plan gives you a clear place to start, while other routines can include movements such as pull-ups when the required equipment is available.

TRACK BODYWEIGHT WORK WITHOUT INVENTING WEIGHT

Log push-ups, bodyweight squats and other supported movements by repetitions and working sets. Gymerium keeps bodyweight analytics grounded in what you performed instead of turning the session into fake kilogram volume or an inaccurate estimated one-rep max.

SEE MOVEMENT PROGRESS AND REP PRS

Official bodyweight training uses Movement Progress, with performance summaries suited to repetition-based work. That makes it possible to review recent results and recognise bodyweight rep PRs without pretending every movement behaves like a loaded barbell lift.

USE PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD AT HOME

Progressive overload does not require adding plates every week. Depending on the movement and routine, progress can mean:

Read how to progress with home workouts for a practical approach, or explore the broader progressive-overload tracking principles Gymerium uses for loaded training.

An honest equipment limit

A zero-equipment routine cannot provide true pulling work. Floor and posterior-chain movements can still be useful, but they are not substitutes for rows or pull-ups. Add appropriate pulling equipment when that training goal matters to you.

ADD RESISTANCE WHERE IT MAKES SENSE

Supported movements can include added resistance when you have a vest, belt, dumbbell or another suitable setup. Gymerium records the work you actually do; it does not model assistance as a fictional negative weight.

KEEP YOUR HISTORY. EASE BACK IN.

Review workout history and use Recovery Mode after time away. Recovery Mode helps reduce training demands temporarily and build back gradually; it is not an injury-rehabilitation system.

LOG AT HOME, EVEN OFFLINE

Core workout logging, local history and in-session tools work without a constant connection. Record reps and working sets in a garage, spare room or outdoor training space, then use optional sync when you are online.

BUILD A ROUTINE AROUND YOUR TRAINING

Premade routines provide structure, while custom routines let you organise supported bodyweight and resistance movements around your own setup. Gymerium keeps workouts in sequence, so a missed weekday does not force you to skip the next session in the plan.
